Typography Book

A bookdesign assignment for school. Here I could use my passion for typography. I played with the form of characters and phrases. Big, small, bold, italic, one two three columns, white space etc. I used eight different fonts but the book is still one and not too much.

As a research for my thesis ''Inspiring phrases'' I went looking for quotes from songs, which are not only inspiring but can also be crazy, funny, different and beautiful. Eventually I made little pocket books of it. I chose four of my favorite artists: Amy Winehouse, Elvis Presley, Lana del Rey and Suite Soprano!
